I have used Stampin' Up set 'Touch of Nature' for this card and my Nestabilities along with my Scor-it pad on the base of the card. This set has to be my all time favourite stamp set.I have used Chocolate Chip ink pad on the background and the bird image and have coloured the bird in using my Karisma colouring pencils.
